Access Employment Service
Access Employment Service is a Disability Employment Service (DES) and is funded by the Federal Government Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations.
Access opened its doors in 1993 and has steadily grown over the years to include offices at Bowen Hills, Caboolture, Holland Park, Browns Plains, the Gold Coast and Ipswich.
Access which provides assistance to people with disabilities. Access assess people’s abilities and what type of work they want. Access then completes extensive job search and support in the workplace once a person has been placed in employment.

- Access offers specialist assessment services:
- Access is a member of the National Panel of Assessors, providing services to DEEWR to assess people on supported wage and/or requiring ongoing support.
- Access offers SWEET (School Work Experience and Employment Training), which is a program that supports the transition to work for students with a disability/learning need in their final years of school.
