What is Access Employment Service?

  • We are a specialised Disability Employment Network that helps people with a disability get jobs and keep them.
  • To assist us in doing this we receive funding from the government.

How do we find you a job?

  • We work closely with you to match the job you want with your abilities and support requirements.
  • We then start job searching and develop relationships with employers on your behalf.
  • We assist you with training to help you develop new work skills.
  • What happens once you’ve got a job?

We continue to assist you by:

  • Helping you with your travel needs.
  • Providing you with training to help you learn new things.
  • Helping you adjust to your new workplace and your new work mates.
  • Arranging modifications to assist you in your new workplace.
  • If applicable, arranging for you to be paid a productivity based wage.
