This chair by DES provides clients with an active, functional seated position to carry out activities in school and at home. Designed for clients with high tone in their adductors and who tend to sit in internal rotation. The platform at the base provides a stablity, allowing clients to feel safe while sitting in the chair. With the adjustable hip and shoulder guides, and adjustable lateral supports, this chair allows for growth or some changes in condition.

The standard items on this chair include a saddle seat and a backrest, castors to allow the chair to be easily wheeled around, side supports which adjust vertically and horizontally and are padded gloves are supplied standard with the supports to ensure comfort.

Optional extras include a scooped head support, adjustable shoulder holder & pelvic holder assemblies, activity tray, grip bar, a Tee grip bar (for when the tray is not in use to allow for support), and Taddy heel cups.
