Harnesses, Vests, Straps and Belts
ETS supplies a wide range of harnesses, vests, straps and belts to
suit almost any body shape and user preference. Most of our straps and
harnesses are easily fitted to your wheelchair and we are happy to
assist you with fitting for a minimal fee.

ETS supports the Prescription Guidelines for Harnesses adopted
by CPL.
All harnesses should be used in conjunction with a
correctly-adjusted pelvic strap: please consult your therapist or our
brochure "Safe Use of a Chest Harness" (at the bottom of this page)
before fitting a chest harness to your wheelchair.

Daher Padded Pelvic Supports provide superior support and comfort to

The Leckey Waistcoat has proved to be an invaluable aid in providing
good trunk and shoulder positioning. Available in four sizes to suit
nursery age through to adolescence.

Wheelchair Safety Top
The Weldon Wheelchair Safety Top is an easy addition to an existing
wheelchair and is especially popular with our older clients who require
additional support or for whom safety concerns are paramount. The
Weldon is easily attached and removed, so is often a practical solution
for those who need extra postural support only in specific situations,
such as during transport.

Shoulder Holder Harness
Designed by a Physiotherapist, the Shoulder Holder
provides postural correction through correct shoulder positioning.
Shoulder-Holder can be used on wheelchairs, special chairs, standing
frames and other specialised equipment and is available in a large
range of sizes for children and adults. A Fixation Adaptor is now
available to make fitting easier on a range of seating systems.

FAS Support
Vest
The FAS Support Vest, also available in both child and adult sizes, has
a centre front opening zipper to allow for easy donning and doffing.
The straps attach to either a wheelchair or alternative chair and when
fastened the vest provides a high level of postural support.
