Art for Art's Sake 2008
Reflecting on “New Beginnings”
In May 2008, more than 30 talented artists submitted works of art for the Art for Art’s Sake exhibition, held at Waterfront Place in Brisbane.
The pieces were exhibited for two weeks and then auctioned at a SOLD OUT cocktail function to raise much-needed funds for children and adults with cerebral palsy. All pieces were sold under the hammer and raised more than $45,000 for the League!
