When making out your Will, please give this sample Bequest Clause to your Solicitor or Trust Officer:

"I [INSERT NAME] give and bequeath unto the Cerebral Palsy League of Queensland, the sum of [$ INSERT AMOUNT] and / or [% INSERT PERCENTAGE] of my Estate free of all duties and I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer of the said League for the time being shall be a complete discharge to my Executors and Trustees for the moneys paid in accordance with this bequest."
