Is there a cost to the employer?
There is no set-up cost to the employer and CPL does not charge any administrative costs.
How does the program work?
1. Register your interest with CPL via email, telephone or fax.

2. We will contact you to obtain all the necessary information to set-up your organisation as a contributor.
3. CPL will promote the program to your employees by speaking with them at a convenient time. Alternatively you can distribute Donation Authority Forms with your pay run to encourage donations.
4. Interested employees complete Donation Authority Forms and send them to your payroll office for processing.
5. Your payroll team will set-up employee deductions and remit funds at the end of each pay period (or quarterly) to CPL via cheque or electronic funds transfer.

Company matching is a fantastic way to support your employees' generosity. Your philanthropic nature will encourage employees to get involved and would be an ideal first step in a corporate giving policy. There are several different approaches to company matching:
Dollar for dollar
Company matches 100% of employee donations
Percentage of contribution
Company matches a lesser percentage of donations
Capped limit
Company donates a predetermined amount
Double matching
Company donates 200% of all employee contributions
