The CPL Library provides a specialised information service for clients, carers,
staff, other agencies and members of the community who are interested in
knowing more about cerebral palsy, other disabilities and related issues.
Our collection consists of books, journals, newsletters, CD-ROMs, DVDs, videos, audio cassettes and kits covering categories such as cerebral palsy, therapy, disability issues, parent education, societal issues, community access, employment, communication, independent living, aids, equipment and technology. Resources can be borrowed at no cost if you are a resident living in Australia.
How to borrow
If you have never borrowed from the CPL Library before, you need to fill out a Borrower Registration form. After we have confirmed your registration, you can request items online by filling out a Loan Request form.
To request specific item/s, search the Online Catalogue and complete the description of specific loan item/s required field in the Loan Request form. Alternatively, to request general information, complete the description of general information required field. You will then be contacted to confirm your request and be advised of item/s availability.
Returns
Books are available to borrow for four weeks and videos for three weeks. Items can be returned in person during office hours (8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday) to:
