Request an Item

If you have never borrowed from the CPLQ Library before, you must fill out a Borrower Registration form. After the Information and Resources Coordinator has confirmed your registration, you can request items by filling out the form below. Resources can be borrowed at no cost if you are a resident living in Australia. Books are available for four weeks and videos for three weeks.

Items can be returned to Reception at Level 3, 55 Oxlade Drive, New Farm during office hours (Mon-Fri, 8.30am-4.30pm). Alternatively, you can return items by mail to CPLQ Library, PO Box 386 FORTITUDE VALLEY QLD 4006
