Titans' true colours

The Jetstar Gold Coast Titans took a well-earned break from pre-season training today to support a local fundraiser for kids with disabilities.

Showing off their true colours, the complete Titans squad brightened the lives of two very excited young fans when they show their support for the League’s annual Colour Your Day appeal.

The players and two young fans – Tyler Savage and Will Emerton, who both have cerebral palsy – today launched the annual Colour Your Day appeal.

Attached is a photo of the Titans and young fans at the launch (left to right): Nathan Friend (Titans), Tyler Savage, Anthony Laffranchi (Titans), Will Emerton and Mark Miniechiello (Titans).

Scheduled 18-24 February, Colour Your Day aims to raise more than $100,000 for the Cerebral Palsy League and local children, like Tyler and Will.

To participate, Queenslanders are asked to don their most colourful clothes for a nominated day during the appeal and make a gold coin donation to Australia Post or other local participating businesses.

All funds raised benefit Queenslanders with cerebral palsy – the most common form of physical disability in childhood, which currently has no cure.
