We run a number of centre-based and community access programs, events and activities
throughout Queensland, including:
Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)
Many regions offer OSHC programs for children with a disability and their siblings. This unique program is very popular amongst families and offers fun and age-appropriate activities for young people.
Vacation Care
Available through some service sites during school holidays, activities may include going to the movies, visiting theme parks or holding barbeques, with some services also catering for siblings. This also provides a welcome respite for busy parents and carers. These holiday programs enhance our young clients’ independence and confidence, provide respite for families and develop stronger links with local communities.
Playgroups
Playgroups provide an environment which encourages children with disability to come together and play and participate in a fun and educational environment.
