We are committed to providing services that respond to individual needs. In order to do this and ensure sound strategic decision making and service planning, the participation of clients and their families is vital.
The CPL Parents and Guardians Association is a highly-valued, voluntary group of family members and advocates who represent the broad range of families who access our many varied services.
The Parents and Guardians Association strives to link with local groups throughout CPL who are working collaboratively with regional managers to plan services and maintain quality.
The Parents and Guardians Association meets every six weeks and is open to any interested family member or advocate.
Representatives from the Parents and Guardians Association liaise with the Board and senior management of CPL, and provide a family perspective to organisational decision making.
Who can participate?
Any family member or advocate of a person who receives a service from CPL.
What are the benefits?
You can have a direct say in issues that affect your service. You can link with other families.
